Native Value utilizes two proven valuation methods.

Our first approach, the market multiples method, is a comparison-based analysis under which your business’ market value is calculated by comparing your financials to those of similar firms in your industry.

Native Value also utilizes the discounted cash flow (DCF) method, which assumes your company’s current value to be equal to that of all future earnings discounted to present value.

At this time, Native Value’s analysts do not hold CPAs or other professional valuation certifications. We are a team of current college students studying business and economics who founded Native Value after seeing how expensive existing services could be for many small and Native-owned businesses.

To ensure accuracy, we partner closely with our university professors and use proven valuation methods that we’ve learned in our coursework. This model allows us to deliver thoughtful, holistic valuations at a more accessible price point, expanding access for entrepreneurs who might otherwise be unable to afford them.

From there, we’ll share a contract and NDA, followed by a request for your financial statements so we can conduct the valuation.
